The Planning (Control of Major-Accident Hazards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009.
These Regulations came into operation on 31st December 2009.
The Hazardous Substances Regulations are amended with the above regulation. This incorporates changes to the controlled quantities and types of various substances previously covered in the Hazardous Substances Regulations.
